By accessing elevatewithus.co ("Website") or engaging Elevate ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Elevate is a Brand Marketing House based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, connecting brand strategy, content, film, digital, events, retail, physical production, and reporting under one accountable lead.
Elevate provides integrated brand marketing services including Brand Strategy & Identity, Content & Film Production, Digital Experience & E-Commerce, Events & Experiential Activations, POSM Retail Fabrication, and Field Performance Insight.
All client engagements are governed by specific commercial proposals, statements of work (SOW), and approved quotations issued by Elevate.
All commercial quotations are issued with clear net pricing and applicable Saudi Value Added Tax (VAT 15%) itemized separately in compliance with ZATCA regulations.
Payment schedules and milestone deliverables are agreed upon prior to project activation. Client Portal access is unlocked upon commercial account activation.
Upon full settlement of agreed project fees, clients acquire full ownership rights to final approved creative deliverables, brand identities, and custom digital code assets developed specifically for their account.
Elevate retains ownership of proprietary agency frameworks, pre-existing concepts, and background methodology.
Production and physical fabrication form an integrated capability inside the Elevate system. Where specialist fabrication capacity is required, Strategic Production Partners (SPP) operates as our sister production company.
Elevate remains the sole brand-marketing lead, owns the client relationship, and maintains full accountability for final outcomes.
Elevate enforces strict confidentiality regarding client business strategies, upcoming product launches, financial metrics, and unreleased campaign assets.
These Terms and all commercial engagements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah, KSA.
